Theme Requests and Custom Products

Want a particular theme to fit your company or personal tastes? At John Galt's Tools, we'd love to help you meet your needs!

Many customers have already approached us with specific theme requests. Some examples of themes we've made by request are Christian Gold, Claws n Paws, Clear Blue/Teal, Safety, and Solar!

We've also had many requests to modify existing themes, resulting in blue and red versions of Tablet, Edge 2, ProChrome Canada and Computer (Red), among others.

We've even had a request to take an existing design and make a theme out of it! Masterline was the result.

Details and Pricing
Theme Request Option 1 - Preferred Submit a theme suggestion/request. This theme will be sold in the general catalog through PixelMill at a typical theme cost, and will usually include the theme, page template, web template, and extra icons and buttons that go with the theme. Theme Requests include modification of existing John Galt's Tools themes. You will be able to request colors, layout, and theme/layout related images. We send you screenshots of the theme layout to make sure that you like it. If you need custom images (logo integration, graphics specific to your site), please see below for details.	How to buy... Themes will be sold in the general catalog through PixelMill. Purchase and download these themes as you would any other themes.
Theme Request Option 2 - Exclusive Submit an exclusive custom theme request -- a theme designed or customized for your use, only. This theme will not be sold in the general catalog, and will include the theme, page template, and web template. The theme will cost $50/hour to make; typical themes take 6-8 hours to make or 2-6 hours to modify existing themes. You will be able to request colors, layout, and page-layout related images. We send you screenshots of the theme layout to make sure that you like it. Note that the themes do not come with extra icons and buttons (unless the request is a theme modification of a theme that already comes with extra icons and buttons). If you want more icons, buttons, or graphics specific to your site, you will need to request additional custom work (see below).	How to buy... After you have sent your theme request, we will contact you to acknowledge your request and to ask you for clarification, if necessary. We will also ask you to go to PixelMill's Custom Work page. This secure page will allow you to enter credit card and other billing information for verification purposes. You will not be charged at that time. When your theme is approved, we will email you an invoice and time sheet for the work done, then charge your credit card. After the transaction takes place for the cost of the theme and any other custom work, you will receive your exclusive theme. If you would rather use a PayPal account, you may pay through www.paypal.com using paypal@johngaltstools.com. Note: Be sure that you have a PixelMill account and that the "confirmed address" is the same as the billing address on your credit card. You also need to include "[theme or product name] by John Galt's Tools" as well as your PixelMill username in the subject section of the paypal transaction.
Custom Images and Graphics Services available: Modification of existing "extra" graphics -- for example, corner images, splash page images, etc. This includes changing the graphic or adding a logo/text. Contact us if you have questions about a particular theme graphic. Custom image design -- if you want graphics done in a particular style or to modify graphics to complement the theme. Other -- please contact us. Pricing: - $50/hour for custom work, $50 minumum. - Estimates (if you provide a high-quality graphic, it will take us less time): * Modification of existing "extra" graphic (for example, changing a "keyboard" image to a "computer monitor" image) -- $50. * Creation of new graphic, including revisions -- $50 - $100.
