The Brace Place Staff
| Our RECEPTIONISTS are well-trained in managing appointment books and scheduling appointments to best fit your busy schedules and have the day flow smoothly. They can answer many questions you have regarding braces, billing or insurance. In addition to our receptionist, our front office staff deals with finances, including insurance. Ask for assistance. |
| Our CHAIR SIDE STAFF are individuals trained in the more technical procedures of the application of braces, monthly adjustments and removal. As a patient you will get to know them well. We are pleased to be able to have these staff members work with us during your care. They too, can answer many of your questions in addition to providing you with a wealth of knowledge on the care and adjustment of your braces. |
| Our TREATMENT COORDINATORS ("TC’s") are
specifically trained to work with you as a new patient, helping you get
acquainted with the office and adjusted to your braces. They will provide
you with extensive information during the consultation appointment
regarding the diagnostic records, recommended treatment plan and general
orthodontic information. "TC’s" will assist you in completing
forms, coordinating referrals out of the offices when indicated, setting
up financial arrangements and understanding and scheduling your starting
appointments. Our Treatment Coordinators are available throughout
treatment to assist you with any questions you may have or difficulties
you may encounter. |
| Our LAB TECHNICIANS work on site. These highly trained people allow us
control of the quality of our removable appliances. This is not usually
possible in many offices where the appliances are sent to outside labs. It
also allows us much quicker turn around time on all appliances, which need
to go to the lab for work. |
